What is the HCA-KU Collaboration Hub?

The HCA-KU Collaboration Hub is a shared web space where KU, HCA, and partner teams can organize project files, track collaboration outputs, and find approved documents in one place. It is meant to serve as a central landing point for partnership work, not as a replacement for every existing file or communication system.

What you can do here

  • Upload and organize documents by project or tag
  • Search for files across the hub
  • View published outputs that are approved for broader sharing
  • Manage your account settings and password

Basic workflow

  1. Sign in with your credentials.
  2. Upload documents using the upload tool.
  3. Organize files with tags and project labels in the Documents tool.
  4. Browse or search for files in the Documents tool.
  5. Download approved outputs from the Published page.

Access and downloads

Documents in the hub have access levels set by their uploaders. Published outputs are approved for broader sharing and can be downloaded from the Published Outputs page. Contact your organization's hub administrator if you need access to restricted documents.

Who this is for

This hub is designed for KU, HCA, and partner users who need to collaborate on shared projects, organize shared files, and find approved project outputs. If you are new to the partnership, this page is the best place to start. External partners may also use the hub if they have been given access by an administrator.
